The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program blends demonstration classes with hands-on, practical courses in professionally equipped kitchens. Students are encouraged to explore their own style and creativity under the guidance of our executive chefs. As part of this dynamic program, students will have the opportunity to learn classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation. Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking Program!
The Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking Program is based on the hands-on teaching of pātisserie and baking skills. This program includes an extensive range of techniques, ranging from traditional and classic baking and pastry to some of the newest innovations in the field, which allows you the opportunity to cultivate your skills to meet the high demand in this competitive industry. Students will be exposed to a wide variety of baking and pastry techniques that can help them to develop their own unique style.
